the person you are crushing on pretty much never knows until you make your moves
so someone COULD have a crush on you they just aren’t displaying their feelings openly enough for you to notice because almost everyone is pretty shy about that thing

when I have a crush on someone I don’t make it blatantly obvious, hence CRUSHING, I crush forever and wallow and wonder and wait, that’s what crushing is, that time before you ask someone out or tell them about it.

it’s a vague statement without a clear indication of humor (not that one needs humor to smack them in the face to see it) so I don’t see how it can be just humorous and that’s it, to some yeah it’s easy to see how it can be read that way (i can see how it is humorous right now) but to others I’m sure they actually believe it and are serious in how they’re saying it - to me it’s just a vague statement that can be interpreted in a lot of different ways and one of these is serious, if I first read it as serious then I can think that at least some of the 200,000 people who reblogged it or liked it did so because they saw it as serious too - it’s all about interpretation i guess, regardless of the intended meaning :/
